1. Product Introduction: The new generation of die-casting tool steel DT413 is an improved steel grade of H13, with excellent purity and solving the shortcomings of H13 steel. H13 is an internationally used hot work die steel with good toughness, good thermal strength, thermal fatigue performance and certain wear resistance. It is a high-cold hardened steel with the advantage of small deformation during heat treatment. It is commonly used to manufacture pressing dies for aluminum castings, hot extrusion dies, piercing tools, core rods, press forgings, plastic molds, and is also widely used in die-casting molds for aluminum, copper and their alloys.
2. Main characteristics: high temperature diffusion ultrafine grain (EFS) treatment, good impact toughness, good purity and isotropy, and good fatigue resistance.
